Pam Hanaway is the consummate professional. My home purchase was difficult because I currently live in Washington state and bought my home in Grass Valley CA. Pam helped me every step of the way. If not available when I reached out to her she was quick to respond with a text letting me know that she would call as soon as possible.

There were a number of challenges for me trying to complete this purchase and Pam was there to help me through all of them. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling their home.

Pam handled everything for us as we had already moved out of the area. She was wonderful, easy to communicate with and it was a pleasure to work with her.

Selling mobile homes can be tricky and she knows her stuff. She sold our home for $40,000 more than I thought was possible. So grateful for her knowledge and contacts to make this dream possible. This had to be the smoothest experience that we've ever had when buying or selling a home! We couldn't have asked for more.

Pamela went above and beyond with scheduling not only the inspections, but also finding reliable, economical and quality companies to handle thorough cleaning of our carpets (saving us $3000!), getting a plumber out to strap our water heater after the flooding that happened in the recent storm. We were in a 10 day escrow and she brought it all together in record time. She also worked diligently to help us deal with the majority of the paperwork via the internet since we are temporarily located in Seattle. She was on top of everything necessary so that the short escrow came in on time.

I met a lady in the trailer park that knew Pam. I mentioned that I had to sell my deceased father's mobile home. She suggested Pam as an agent that would work hard for her client and get a good sale price. We were originally going to use a sales agent affiliated with the Forrest Springs Mobile Home Community. The agent affiliated with the mobile home park valued the mobile home at $71,000 minus any repair costs. and to expect it to be on the market for about 3 months. Pam set the sales price at $86,000 and the sale was closed in less than a month.

I do not know all of the marketing techniques that Pam used. I can only say that the sale was quick and easy from my standpoint.

She did what she said and made everything happen.
